Day 6
London
Well... day 6 was pretty uneventful. On our last day at the hotel, the water from the fourth floors little fire alarm episode (day 1) had worked its way down to the lobby. It was dripping from the light fixtures. Yikes!
Been there, done that!
We also snapped a quick photo of our favorite little Tesco market that we frequented daily. We were able to get sandwiches, chocolate croissants, and diet coke for A LOT cheaper than anywhere else. We love Tesco!!
We had enough time to browse around a little in Harrods. Again, we didn't get too many pictures but I loved the ceilings that were in that massive store. I do not know how people shop there! It was so incredibly overpriced but it was overwhelmingly fun. That store has EVERYTHING!
Off to Paris!
We stayed a little too long inside Harrods and arrived at the train station too late to board our train to Paris. Luckily though, we were able to change our train tickets once we were there and get on the train that left an hour later. We grabbed a quick dinner and waited for the train.
It was about a 2 hour train ride. The scenery was pretty, and we both snoozed a little bit.
Goodbye London, hello Paris!
