219/365 - Leap-n-Lemur...

A few Saturdays ago, we went to my brother Brian's house to celebrate some birthdays. My sister-in-law, nephew and niece all have birthdays within a week of each other. Brian and Denise had a little birthday bash. I think the best part is that Brian truly thought the guy who was in charge of renting the bounce house's last name was Lemur. Get it? Leap-n-Lemur. Yeah. The joke got even funnier when we informed Brian that a lemur was an animal. Oh well. Brian kept referring to Mr. Lemur for the rest of the night.

Brian and Denise rented a bounce house for everyone to play in.

Ken and I got Carly and Jake these cute little pillow sleeping bag animals.

We also got them a bunch of books.

(being a teacher + Scholastic book clubs = great deals!)

Everyone was just enjoying themselves!

Jake loved to show us how he could stick his tongue up his nose. Gross. 

Jake got this cute hat and mittens set from his Grandma B. He loved them...

...and so did his dad.
