We're going to the Mormon Tabernacle Pioneer Commemoration Concert tonight at the L.D.S. Conference Center in Salt Lake City. Ken's aunt Shonnie had tickets that she couldn't use so she offered them to us. Ken switched work schedules and we're going to go and enjoy a nice night of music. Should be fun!
For those of you that don't live in the Beehive State, we celebrate the 24th of July a lot like we do the 4th of July-fireworks, BBQ's, parades, etc. It marks the day when the early pioneers entered the Salt Lake Valley back in 1847.
